Burnov I honestly don't think Bill is a sociopath, usually the ones intellectually on par with him are usually institutionalized and overtly belligerent. I've met an off the charts sociopath once and if you didn't know better you'd think he was one of the most well mannered, well spoken people you had ever met.
Bill does suffer from some sort of psychological disorder, however it is this disorder that finds him pretty much completely and utterly detached from reality. Hence the reason why he can employ his own brand of morally obtuse logic. His morality and logic is irreparably warped due to this psychological condition, whereas sociopaths are morally bereft which often precipitates a sort of narcissistic psychological myopia.
In reality he's not much different than a homeless person hollering about reptile space aliens on a street corner. You should see what some of the roving schizophrenics are capable of saying to people where I live...
Some of them stand outside banks and admonish/scare/intimidate people into not going inside because: "They cut open your throat and steal all your money", and other such gems of insanity.
For the most part they're absolutely harmless (they're often deathly afraid of the police themselves, and would never dare be caught in the act of doing anything that would attract their attention), and the only people who are genuinely afraid of the schizos are old ladies and... well, nutless cowards. Hence the comment regarding Bill.
Bill himself is too cowardly and pathetic to be a threat to anyone. Barring of course any scenario involving him directly working with children I can't really see a situation in which anyone need fear him.
He's a sad, isolated, contemptible creature, not too dissimilar to the fictional character gollum.
And yes, a partial troll, people who focus overt "hatred" on those who are generally harmless, usually are cowardly to some extent, as hatred usually stems from some kind of innate fear of something... I just wanted to know if there were any here.
I don't know, people who walk around boiling with righteous scorn at the sight of even the slightest offensive gesture or thought usually are some of the most fearful people you can meet. Deep down, these people feel powerless and overreact and overcompensate for what they perceive to be a world threatening to ideologically, or physically kick their ass.
