WHAT ABOUT IRAN SIR??
Cena_mark - 2011-10-21
In the words of Bill Golderberg "YOU'RE NEXT!"

baleen - 2011-10-22
While I'm sure you want more American troops to die violently, commit suicide, etc. many people don't.

You boring coward.

Cena_mark - 2011-10-22
I don't want such a thing. I want Ahmadinejad to die.

baleen - 2011-10-22
Of course, you have no brain and you're a total coward/traitor to your country, so you fill your brain with violence because it makes your completely meaningless life more livable. The only answer is suicide, cena. Kill yourself so that others may be free and I can save some money in my taxes this year.

Or maybe try not being a 16 year old who decorates his room with pirate flags and fantasizes about sucking off wrestlers and coasties every other day.

CornOnTheCabre - 2011-10-22
nice try baleen, but that professional wrestler's name is actually Bill Goldberg. i respect your persistence, but you can stop talking to yourself now

dairyqueenlatifah - 2011-10-21
Evil.
WitlessJ - 2011-10-21
After failing to find WMDs, stabilize the region, create a democracy with fair election or secure all the oil contracts in nearly twice the amount of time it took for us to annihilate the Wehmacht, I guess at least we should cheer our departure from that awful, shithole country.
jangbones - 2011-10-21
yeah, we won't have the high costs of a second war anymore, but we leave a war-torn country with a lot of people that hate us,

plus, now iraq can potentially split into three very different countries

that would be really, really bad for everyone

SolRo - 2011-10-21
We should stay there and make them be friends, with our guns.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2011-10-21
Or we could wait a bit and just reinvade them.

Rovin - 2011-10-21
For SolRo.

theSnake - 2011-10-21
Welcome home troops, hope you like unemployment!
split tail - 2011-10-21
also homeless and shell shocked, helping make our streets safer.

Cena_mark - 2011-10-21
We learned from Vietnam. We take much better care of our veterans now.

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-10-22
ha!

baleen - 2011-10-22
My brother works for the VA and you're an ignorant redneck, etc.

Cena_mark - 2011-10-22
Baleen, that's pretty funny. My brother works for the VA too.
I'm not ignorant. I know there are many problems facing our veterans especially the wounded ones PTSD, but as a nation we are doing more to help them.

Dinkin Flicka - 2011-10-22
You shtole mah shtory!

baleen - 2011-10-22
Your brother is a total jackass and has AIDS.

dead_cat - 2011-10-22
Fuck you, with the thorniest part of the rosebush, Cena.

pineapplejuicer - 2011-10-21
I cant decide if i want to take a petty shot at cena or make an obscure vietnam reference...so I'll do both

Cena joins the coast guard and the war ends...coincidence? No chance.

-or-

Somebody has to hire neil young and someone to walk out and hand him a note before i'll believe the war is over
Cena_mark - 2011-10-21
This is a good thing. We came, kicked Saddam's ass, and rebuilt. What's happened in Iraq is a great victory for the United States Armed Forces and I'm glad the troops will be coming home.

Dinkin Flicka - 2011-10-22
The south will rise again.

Cena_mark - 2011-10-22
Very funny baleen.

baleen - 2011-10-22
I am funny. You are not funny. (and boring, and a coward)

cool water sandwich - 2011-10-21
our leadership around the globe

did i hear that right?
fatatty - 2011-10-21
He's just talking about the ship that leads our aircraft carriers fleets around the globe.

baleen - 2011-10-21
You know 2/3 of the world's money is tied directly to the American dollar, right?

Cena_mark - 2011-10-21
Even though we've been hit with some money troubles we still lead the world politically, socially, culturally, and militarily. We're still number 1.

Fatatty, that ship is Coast Guard Cutter.

Dinkin Flicka - 2011-10-22
More like the Coast Guard Butter, get it?

godot - 2011-10-22
A strategic failure. The students of Brzezinski knew (in 2001) that Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism or WMDs, but with China. Establishing a base there (along with bases in the gulf states) would give the US a energy veto on China's actions. Osama Bin Laden won by coercing the US out of Saudi Arabia (his #1 objective, by the way); now, the US has also lost the strategic play.

And just because Obama didn't think US servicemen should face justice for raping the locals.
Cena_mark - 2011-10-22
Give me a fucking break.

baleen - 2011-10-22
We haven't exactly lost the strategic play. The strategic play was funded by the Chinese. Who got the oil money first? China. Who has a nice new port right next to Afghanistan? China. Iraq was nothing more than mass embezzlement.

If Smedley Butler were alive today, he would have written War is a Racket II.

Old People - 2011-10-22
Yeah man. I'm an Iraq veteran, and let me tell you, all we did over there was rape. And burn villages. And use our bayonets to make baby-kebabs. Cause that's what the US Army does. You boring, boring overfed bearded child.

roughnready66 - 2011-10-22
0 billion for this war. The U.S. could have done a Mars mission for about the same, which isn't to mention the thousands of lives lost and decades of physical and psychological therapy ahead for the survivors.
SolRo - 2011-10-22
it will be about 2 trillion with the long term VA costs

Void 71 - 2011-10-22
This had to be done before campaign season.
themilkshark - 2011-10-22
Remember, a good percentage of voters in this country greatly supported the Iraq war. The media sold it to us hard for years, so to see it actually end is almost surreal. If McCain were president we'd be there through 2012.
dead_cat - 2011-10-22
I can't wait for the GOP response. It's going to be AMAZING.
memedumpster - 2011-10-22
Thank you Bush for negotiating the out mechanism we are now using. Thanks Iraq for not letting Obama extend the get out deadline and actually kicking us out of Iraq against Obama's will.
