I grew up 20 minutes away from the town Santorum was raised in. At least while I was there, it was an obscenely racist area. This is not the least bit surprising.
Fun fact: my Aunt was on one of the first desegregated women's high school basketball teams in the area. The team bus was pelted with rocks when they arrived to play a game in said town. This was in the 60's, north of the Mason-Dixon line.

As a lifelong (so far) Pennsylvanian, we knew Santorum was always evil. This is a gimme 5 stars. You could post a video of him quietly eating pancakes at breakfast and it would still get 5 stars.
