whats up with your tags? Anyways cool video, reminds me of the automat they had over in St.Marks place here for awhile, then about 2 or 3 years ago they closed its door. place was bright pink and whatnot but decent price for pretty good food (for what it was at that price).

Probably not. Food fads have a helluva shelf life. You can still find nooks and crannies of the foodie internet extolling the virtues of bacon in everything, and Heston Blumenthal kicked off that craze in 2004.
