A taxi I was in in Vietnam ran over a guy on a motorbike, and the driver ran out real quick to see how he was before gunning it to get away from the police that were approaching. I think people generally don't like to deal with the police in Vietnam, and this video and the rampant corruption is why.

Over here, the cop would have unloaded into the drivers face. Thus avoiding the possible heart attack brought on by having to climb on the bumper.
