Spit Spingola There was something about the 70's that just made vast segments of the population throw all common sense out the window. The psychology of people from that decade seems like science fiction.
No way am I sitting through this whole thing, but I skipped around and watched a few seconds of it here and there. Mel Blanc was old and obviously had a much deeper voice at this point so they speed up Daffy and Tweety's voices to try to fix it and it's practically inaudible. Not being able to understand the horrible dialog probably improves things.
BiggerJ Daffy's voice was always sped up, and probably Tweety's too. When not sped up, Daffy's voice is the exactly the same as Sylvester's.
THe audio speed for this cartoon was obviously managed by small-to-medium-sized monkeys. Or people on drugs. Whichever is worse.
