'this reminds of momoent': i have always been under the opinion that the guy with the best hustle on bourbon street is the guy who isnt even there. there is a guy who carts around a manikin and poses it while he sits in a bar across the street and watches people pay it. if you've seen the human statues, street magicians, tranys, bands, that hustle the streets of the french quarter by lowering themselves; u'd understand the beautiful irony of paying the manikin spray painted silver and not the REALl guy spray painted silver. its funny. sorry for the long nstory, drunk on crawfish boil. I knew a guy that would stand by the side of the road with a sign and people would give him money. Apparently, if you do that long enough, all the other people that do that agree that that is your spot and you now own it.

This guy rented his spot to other people for money.
