That's Paul Frees (Boris Badenov) as Hercules, and Ted Cassidy (Lurch / Black Manta) as Injun Joe / Greek king.

In case you were wondering how this show works, it seems Injun Joe chased Tom / Huck / Becky into a cave, and apparently he's been pursuing them through time and space ever since. Apparently. It's never quite explained why their antagonist in every era just happens to look like Injun Joe.
