Merzbau I think the original video's been uploaded before. And to answer your question, the whole movie is on this knife edge between camp, pitch-black humor and genuine horror; the audio for this scene is mostly loud, LOUD screaming in an echoey tunnel, and it ends with Adjani bleeding profusely from her ears, nose and crotch. It's...yeah, it's a Zulawski movie, there's not much else I can say.
