All the Penitentiary movies are gems. Its too bad this one doesn't have Ernie Hudson eating Potato salad or Mr. T in genie pants like Penitentiary 2 though.
Penitentiary 2 made a friend of mine laugh so hard he almost threw up. He still hasn't made it all the way through.
Well, this clip lead me to the unfortunate fact that Jamaa Fanaka died last year. A titan of insane crap passes silently.
