I actually do have a 10 watt bone transducer in my parts drawer for an instrument I'm going to build this spring. It weighs about a pound and I'm pretty sure you'd notice if someone was using it on you since it would have to actually be pressed against your head. They're like , people use the to make their desks into shitty infrasound speakers for their home theater systems.
The mentally disturbed have some amazing ideas about what technology can and can't do, along with a worldview of how you'd use it which would make Rube Goldberg think a few steps could be left out.

It's like when a Teabagger was complaining about a health bill that would somehow (in her mind) support human cloning and the use of artificial wombs to grow humans in.

My first thought was, "Someone's invented artificial wombs? Lady, if you're not investing in that company's stock, you're nuts." Which of course, she was, but not for that particular financial decision.
The Egyptian Army's probably working on them now that they've cured AIDS.
