The Travolta impression at 6:19 cracks me up.
When he's not being a racist gun nut, Anthony can be hilarious and does tons of great impressions (Imus in particular).

Opie is an untalented frat prick.

My impression was always that Opie's role was as the straight man. He wasn't really funny but he fit the equation by bouncing off Anthony or Norton.

Now that Patrice is dead and Anthony is fired the show only has about a tenth of the power it used to, even with Norton still standing in the wreckage. Opie and Anthony worked best as a team, not so much as the frat douchenozzle duo of the '90s but definitely in the dark-humored boy's club they founded during the satellite radio era. Now that they're apart and driving their own vehicles there's something missing from each.

Opie kept the show moving and had an instinct for when to wrap up a topic. When Opie was on vacation Ant and Jim would sometimes bludgeon unfunny topics for over an hour.

The show is better without Anthony because he doesn't monopolize guest time, and they have been showcasing some really good talent since he left with Jim Florentine, Esther Ku, Nick DePaulo, Sharrod Small, etc.

About as funny as 9/11.
Binro the Heretic
I listened for over a minute. Does the quality of the humor ever move beyond, "Look at him. He looks so gay. See how gay he looks? He's acting so gay."

You really have to zip forward to the actual movie because I've seen it before and never really thought about how fabulously flaming John Travolta was in it.

And yes, this is funny Binro.

Also I should point out that Jim Norton frequently mentions his real life attraction to trannies, so he's not being homophobic here.

6:30 is Summer Lovin the way I wish it had originally been sung.
