Did u also watch this based on the non-fat red letter media guys recommendation?

I only just watched this last week and it was a lot more enjoyable than I thought it might be!

This has been sitting about on my Netflix Recommended for quite some time.. so far I've passed because I'm more than a little tired of "found" stuff (see also Kung Fury, Grindhouse) but this trailer and its lovable Troma-esque effects gives me something to do instead of vote today!

At 11PM on 11/8/16, Infinite Zest regretted making that joke. We seemed so complacent 12 hours ago :(

A little past midnight now.. Turbo Kid for President

I've heard good things about it by people who shared the same opinion on Kung Fury.

Myself, I've been hesitant on checking out Stranger Things because it sounds like when people told me Black Mirror was the new Twilight Zone and all I got was pig fucking :(

yeah, I watched it, not bad as a movie in the background but it IS super self-aware. I guess it's a bit like Memory Tapes, at least they're doing what they do and do it well, Powerglove and Keytar in hand.

and yeah, I checked out Black Mirror today too after it made news by breaking the "fourth wall" and alluded to Trump (how's that breaking the 4th wall? Don't all show tiwtter accounts say "watch us on channel 8 at 10PM" and such?!) and looked it up. I love Charlie Brooker (pretty that's a poetv prerequisite) and was like "how have I not heard of this until just now?" But the first episode was incredibly "meh." I might try it again though. The Crown's a really good show and I'm liking S2 of Bloodline more than I thought I would, but I think I'm gonna cancel my netflix pretty soon. Maybe it's a symptom of being able to binge-watch without a chance to discuss each episode separated by a week, but there's just nothing that excites me the way Better Call Saul, Preacher and Mr. Robot have.

And Netflix's weird continued obsession with Adam Sandler comedies like it's 1996.. what's up with that?

And then I'll just leech off my girlfriend's. That's the "with benefits" part, right?

Oh and Fargo. I fucking love that crazy show.

It's a fun movie with a good score, decent performances, and some characters you end up caring about. Give it a shot and see if you like it.
