Also probably my single best filmgoing experience. Back in the 90s I got to see Johnny Legend screen his personal 16mm print, which was the only film print ever made, to about 150 people, with around 90 minutes of stuff from his personal collection of old PSA, educational and propaganda films (including the full, unedited, 20+ minute version of the Sonny Bono Marijuana PSA that as far as I know has never been released - the AVgeeks DVD is missing something like 5 minutes), and then an hour Q&A.

Same theater where I saw Santa Sangre, Cool As Ice, Strike (the early soviet propaganda film) with a live score, Wings of Desire with a full choir performing the soundtrack, and one of the earliest public screenings of a Mike Judge cartoon back in 1990 or so, which were also some of the best.
