I used to work at a gas station that had a full broaster. The idiot that ran the place never knew what to do with it, so I researched how to operate it, brought in my own chicken once a week, and fried my own supply. I found that the best "secret herbs and spices" were salt, pepper, paprika, dried lemon zest (hand milled), dried powdered onion and a handful of Mrs. Dash. Worked wonders.
