He left out the worst part:

Walt was having a nervous breakdown over the strike. He hired one of Al Capone’s aging goons to make some threats, but the guy didn’t know which one was Art Babbitt, so he kidnapped some random employees (all of whom were around 20 years old), drove them out to the desert, pointed tommy guns at them, and demanded an end to the strike. The kids started crying and explained they didn’t have that authority. The goon suddenly realized he’d made a mistake and politely drove them back, and after that nobody in the mob worked with Disney again.

Someone please make a movie about this. Holy shit.
