Crackersmack - 2022-01-05 A cop died of a stroke. You can cry about it if you have to.
|
Accidie - 2022-01-05 yeah, uh, everybody who was all for burning down cities and all manner of violence the previous summer went and sat shiva for a cop, and still can't stop themselves. it's just bizarre incoherent and weird. Please do better.
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-05 How many cities were actually burned down? In Seattle they called in those weird mystery troops with the unmarked vans because of grafitti on a federal building.
|
Crackersmack - 2022-01-05 Shit really went to bizzarro world in the last year with "the squad" voting for huge police budget increases and funding for Israel, etc

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-06 (Ray Liotta "Goodfellas" voiceover narration)
"...and that was when shit REALLY went to bizarro world!"

Albuquerque Halsey - 2022-01-06 i too remember when a bunch of idiots thought that real life worked like a game of command and conquer where if you moved enough of your dudes into a building, it would change color to your side

Cena_mark - 2022-01-06 Come on, Crackersmack... don't pretend not to know how our government works. They voted for a bill that had those items tacked on as well as a million other things. You act as though they voted for The Huge Police Budget and Funding for Israel Act.
|
casualcollapse - 2022-01-06 quit fucking lying CS, the rioters broke his heart for america
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-06 More telling, in my opinion, is that four of the capitol police died from suicide between January and August of last year.
What we may learn, what they may not have been released yet, is the endgame. It's hard to imagine how this alone could ever overthrow the government, but Trump might well have expected the faithful to take the storming of the capitol as the signal to storm every federal building in every city. In my unreliable, nonexpert opinion, hard evidence that Trump and his co-conspirators hoped to spark a general rebellion is what it's going to take to finally earn Orange Man Bad the matching jump suit he so richly deserves.
|
Crackersmack - 2022-01-06
Cena the $2.1 billion for Capitol Police was a standalone bill will all of "the squad" voting for it, and the Israel funding that I'm referring to is a standalone bill for $3.3b last year for "defense" with no protections for Palestinians whatsoever, orchestrated by leadership to pass by only 5 votes, with Ilhan Omar of all people voting in favor.

Crackersmack - 2022-01-06
Shitlibs are obsessed with Jan 6th because it combines two of their favorite things: "orange man bad" political theatre and being vehemently against property damage.

Crackersmack - 2022-01-06 1. I cheered when they burnt down that police precinct in Minneapolis. I wasn't alone. Property destruction doesn't bother me.
2. 100% agree, police let the rioters in, feds were among the rioters as well.
3. 100% agree.
4. Nah it was a bunch of chuds at a stupid protest that were surprised when the cops dropped the barricades and let them in, where they proceeded to wander around until they got bored, and then left without hurting anyone. The idea that they were there to do anything except that isn't supported by evidence. It was just petty vandalism by people surprised to be allowed in so easily.
5. Yes but these lies and conspiracy theories have always existed among conservatives. Look at all the shit they made up about Obama despite there being countless legitimate criticisms of him. And there's nothing we can do about that anyway.
6. If it was lefties they would have been gunned down outside the building by police with full endorsement of the leadership of both political parties.
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-06 >>>>The idea that they were there to do anything except that isn't supported by evidence.
There is so much footage of people saying that they're there for a revolution! They posted it on Twitter. What evidence other than that could we see? What is your stake in denying this?
|
Crackersmack - 2022-01-06 Yes the chuds use stupid language like that all the time because they are cosplaying as something much more hardcore than they are. In reality they didn't bring any weapons, wandered around inside pointlessly (even respecting the velvet ropes in statuary hall) and then left. And now every single one of them is being prosecuted, and standing up in front of a courtroom apologizing and crying and calling themselves stupid idiots to beg for leniency. These are not revolutionary guerrilla fighters that were looking for Pence to string him up.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-09 >>>Yes the chuds use stupid language like that all the time because they are cosplaying as something much more hardcore than they are.
If they SAY that they're there for a revolution, it may not be PROOF that they're there for a revolution, but it's absolutely EVIDENCE that they're there for a revolution, and therefore your contention that there is NO evidence supporting them being there for a revolution is DISPROVEN.

At the very least, chanting "Hang Mike Pence!" is a lot more than "wandering around until they got bored."
Of course, you know this. You're lying.

Albuquerque Halsey - 2022-01-08 Spoiler Alert: I support all insurrectionists globally and throughout history. Anyone who has ever raised his fist against a politician under any flag did the right thing.

You sound like me in the nineties, and I find that to be incredibly mortifying.
Everything these people do, they do to please the cruel, grifting, racist, pussy-grabbing politician they idolize. Their mission is that the party in power retain power in spite of the will of the rest of the citizenry, so that black people can be prevented from voting, and cops not be prevented from killing black people.

Nominal - 2022-01-09 These people quit democracy the way Halsey ragequits L4D2 matches.
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-09 To get back to the original argument, chanting ""Hang Mike Pence!" isn't the same thing as hanging Mike Pence, but it's also not the same thing as wancering around the hallways, and then quietly showing yourself out. Legally, it's called a "terroristic threat".
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2022-01-09
TL/DR This wasn't defiance. It was utter servitude to the ultimate cult of personality. These fools will throw THEMSELVES under the bus, for Trump and his ego.
