How dare people be enthusiastic about things that aren't sports.

This dude rocks, he changed my dishwasher game. I would often have dishes that were still dirty after running. My wife said it was because we don't use the pods, while I told her that I'm not buying dishwasher pods because they're overpriced and gimmicky. This guy showed me the root of problem. Turns out I just needed to run hot water from my sink before starting the dishwasher to ensure the first dishwasher cycle had hot water. American dishwashers are dumb and don't heat their own water, but this guy showed me the way.

I don't like his voice and delivery, but I like the topics so I tolerate him for the sake of nerding out about everyday objects.

I get really tired of this guy, but finish more of his videos than not, it's usually a decent deep dive into stuff I want to know, but doesn't fit the classical definition of exciting. I especially enjoyed the explanation of heat pumps, which apparently I need to have spoon-fed to me.
