Actual populism. Nationalize big pharma. American NHS. Declare a national emergency for homelessness and opiate addiction; actually build housing and establish free rehab nationwide. Hire enough social workers/shrinks that they're on call 24/7 across the country so police don't have to go to mental illness calls except to provide security. Public transit. Big infrastructure projects, especially carbon-reducing ones. Prison reform, free higher ed, post office banking.

You know, new deal shit. It's not actually that complicated. Make people's lives better.
