POETV can still introduce me to new things, even after all these years.
The world design in this is really good; I remember seeing it ages ago and being impressed. I think it would have a much wider audience if it was produced today but at the time people were just not as into super intricate design work.
a lot of the design and detail just wasn't visible on VHS either unless you were importing laserdiscs there was a lot we were missing
you will never see anyone throw this kind of money at cel animation ever again
