I don’t think those are muscles but parasites under his skin

I've been seeing a bunch of carnivore diet and related stuff lately. It seems like woo hippies have been moving in that direction, as well as the "no seed oils" rightwing dorks who have just like arbitrarily given themselves an eating disorder.

I'm not an expert, but it's very settled science that saturated fats and cholesterol are real bad for you. Other than B12, there's no real dietary upside for eating a bunch of animal products. I'm too lazy to be a vegan, but I don't think there's much of a science-based reason to not be.

I've been vegan off and on throughout my life. But the gods honest truth is that it's pretty hard to get all of the nutrients you need both because some nutrients you can only get enough of in quantities provided by animal products or nutrients only found in animal products.

For instance, choline isn't something you can easily get enough of through plant sources. Some mushrooms and wheat bran (or maybe it's Bulgar wheat) provide it but you're not realistically going to eat enough of it through the day and every single day to get it. And there is some evidence that suggests supplementing with choline in certain cases might have cardiovascular risks.

Non-heme iron from plants isn't as bio-available as heme iron from animals. So you really need to both supplement iron and eat iron rich foods with vitamin C so the iron can be absorbed.

Magnesium is generally had through green foods (it's part of the chlorophyll pigment) but most people, plant and meat-eaters in the US do not get an adequate amount.

You mentioned b12, but also folate and biotin can be hard to get enough of as well.

Additionally, if you're vegan you'll be deficient in creatine. Creatine is an amino acid that your body can synthesize, but it can only provide you about half of your daily needs, about 1g, when you need about 2g. Without enough creatine you'll notice things like brain fog, slower memory recall, and your muscles getting tired more quickly when exerting yourself. (If I'm recalling the science correctly, creatine phosphate is used in short bursts of exertion to fill in the gaps when enough ATP isn't available.)

Another place of concern might be essential fatty acids, like Omega-3 and 6. You can get some of these from nuts and oils, but the nut and oil versions of Omega 3---I can't recall exactly, and I'm not going to look it up---can't be synthesized or broken down into all of fatty acid (metabolites?) that Omega 3 from fish oil (or algae oil) can.

This isn't to say anyone shouldn't be vegan. Only that being vegan requires conscious effort to make sure you're not deficient in various nutrients. Of course, being deficient is a problem for meat eaters too, but if you're going to be vegan for health reasons, you should make sure that you're actually going to be healthy being vegan.

Vegemite is a great source of B vitamins. I recently got into eating that.

If a thing is edible, and that thing can be easily purchased and obtained by anybody anywhere, then it is suspicious. The bread you use to feed a brown child food stamps simply must be denigratory to my special white ubermenschen baby.

Simply predict which food items will be required by the poor, and then write a book saying simply not consuming it will allow one to live forever, a thing which happens, because immortality is possible.

instead of this shit he should have just switched straight to endorsing steroid use like Rich Piana

Too much liver punch.

I'm still not convinced he's really eating organ meat.

You can make some realistic guts with Jell-O and the right molds.

He faked his gains, so who knows what else he'll fake.

This swollen M.U.S.C.L.E. figurine of a man is 5' 7" tops and has a lisp. Not too hard to imagine his origin story.
