TF2 has to wait, even though I have been waiting for that (and Left4Dead, and PVK2) for months and months and months. I got into online video gaming with TFC though. Who knows, maybe a fairy out there will grant me a wish and I'll get to play.

The sentry gun shit was my favorite part of TFC. Even when my lag was shitty, it didn't matter cause the sentry guns were automatic, so all I had to do was figure good placements and occasionally do EMP grenade kamikaze runs.

As someone who has made several TFC avi's, and also promotional videos for a couple of different HL mods, let me just say that these character videos are unbelieveably good, the pinnacle of the art form as it now stands.
They're almost too good. I hope that the actual gameplay isn't a letdown in comparison.

I've seen this movie about six times now, and watching the Engineer play the guitar while explaining what he does while people with big guns get shot up by even bigger guns still makes me smile wide.
At this point, I am expecting the gameplay to be a huge letdown in comparison to these movies. The creators of these have outdone themselves.

Revealing the 'campfire' to be a burning pyro was a very nice touch. At this point the only way this could get better is if the sniper was modeled after Hunter S. Thompson. (Something about the hat, glasses and expression, I don't know)
