Coulda been a great film had Guccione not been involved...
As it is, this is one of the first two porno-flicks I saw as an adolescent (the other being THE GRAFENBERG SPOT with John Holmes and Ginger Lynn). The two films combined to give me a rather unrealistic idea of what sex would be like.
Perhaps not, but I do happen to be the rare nexus of a genuine fan of the movie (which is horribly mis-managed across the board, but coulda been something really great) and a rubberneck of the consistent shitpile that is the Whitney Biennial.
I'm not that upset that it was just a trailer, given that if they HAD made it with Courtney Love cast as Caligula, I would have had to go on an epic murder-suicide rampage.
