If their new album doesn't FINALLY come out this year, or if it does and it sucks, I will jump off a goddamn bridge. One of the first bands I ever discovered on my own (via the surprisingly well-stocked public library) and a favorite ever since, no matter how unhip "trip-hop" allegedly is. Portishead, Massive Attack, and the first three Tricky albums (and the Nearly God album) are still stone fucking classic.

If anything, I think Trip-Hop has become increasingly "hip" as of late.
