The first season of this show was definitely the worst, even if it was only like four episodes long.

eh, I think it's a funny skit.
There's a great backstory where essentially this was inspired by David Cross trying to get an artist to do art for Mr. Show taping flyers who actually did the tongue-click thing while "calculating" how much it would cost for him to do the art.
Also, best part easily is the thing with Bob Odenkirk dancing on the golf course and making David Cross almost lose it totally in the background (although it's hard to see in this small format).
