Twitch It totally makes sense. If you are a teenage diplomat and need to douche a few times to get that merry go round feeling, sneezing, ground satchel wonder pooch blinded by the light. Wrapped up. Like a douche. Etc.
One of the most amazing transformations any band has ever experienced. They went from a Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons sounding knockoff band in the 60s to a funk, bearded, overblown Bruce Springstein cover band within a few years.
Old_Zircon Don't forget the "Manfred Mann 3" period where they were doing a (really good) Can type krautrock sound.
