It's Proyecto Mirage (who submitted the original YouTube video) and it falls under the category of industrial these days. Anyway it's a damn sight closer to the original industrial sound like Throbbing Gristle or SPK than smooth-jazz shit like VNV Nation or whatever.
I don't know if this is Europe but I see people dancing in the street to very loud music so YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY EUROPE!
