Ouch.
One of the great action movies of that early 90s, over the top, ridiculous phase of action movies. And it was actually directed by Tony Scott rather than just ripping off Tony Scott's style, like all of those movies tended to.
Yeah, this movie revels in one-liners and splashy kills. It's fun!
