Big Beef Burritos Supreme It's probably in the UK. I've seen both a lot of fences of this type and many that have been damaged as though kicked or accidentally driven into.
Basically, they're rows of posts with concrete blocks or wood slotted into them - if a wooden one's blocking your path, you can simply slide the wood back up. And for all the damaged ones I've seen, I've never seen one slide down Tetris style before, but it blatantly could happen.
