No no...you have to go into the Zone for that and find the secret room.
Though now that you mention it, it is sort of eerie how Stalker foreshadowed this event by almost ten years.

Some areas are totally off limits, because a slight shift in the debris could cause lumps of fuel to go critical and start generating kilowatts of power. That would be Bad. They ran hoses into the rooms and flood them with neutron absorbent chemicals if a room starts getting more radioactive.
