I wonder if Epyx intended to make the their logo look like a man sitting on a toilet holding a gun?

We all see what we want to see.

That red square is actually Indiana Jones.

10 Wander.

20 Kill.

30 Loot.

40 goto 10

Isn't it Amazing how that keeps entertaining us, after all these years?

Patterns make us feel cozy.

I had this for Colecovision. It was the best game I could imagine.

Ah, that most fearsome of fantasy foes: The garter snake.

I had this on cartridge for the commodore 64. i can't count the number of hours i played it. i still remember the first time you run into enemies like the vampire that moves 100 miles an hour.
Evilhead - 2008-07-13
are the levels randomly generated a la rogue/dungeon crawl? if so, I must acquire this game!

Stupid Lisa Garbage Face - 2008-07-13
No, not random.. but you could skip to any level/dungeon you wanted. Skipping to the highest levels usually meant pretty quick death.

Evilhead - 2008-07-13
ah, that's too bad but worth a look on the emulator anyway!

GRATS!

-1 point for being the atari version and not the C64 version.
Desidiosus - 2008-07-13
I had this on the C64 as well. I was always torn between playing this or Sword of Fargoal (which I cleverly renamed in the BASIC file as Sword of Asshoal)
Mr.Graves - 2008-07-13
I too think the C64 was better than the Atari. This was a kinder, gentler time. Thank you for reminding me of my lost innocence.

Jumpman Jack?

Pool Of Radiance?

Archon? I'll never forget you, basilisk with super fast shooty ruby eyes.

If I keep going I'm gonna get weepy.
