I can still hum the commercial bumper music for this at the drop of a hat.
The complete lack of any equivalent to Monstervision and USA's various horror programs is going to completely ruin this coming generation.
I like to think that PoeTV is fulfilling that role by linking to stuff like the Dynaman dubs.
There are entire cable channels devoted to shitty horror now.
Yeah, but it's not the good kind of shitty horror. There's no channel out there for the kind of stuff they showed on Monstervision.
But seriously, I miss this show, with its bad movies and snarky commentary and occasional T&A. Good times.
I thought Joe Bob Briggs and Billy Bob Thortan were the same person up until about a year ago.
I think I thought he and Norm McDonald were the same person
I think I may have read every single thing Joe Bob Briggs ever wrote, and this show was pretty great too.
Rodents of Unusual Size
Once upon a time this was my favorite thing ever.
I'm disappointed, I thought it was going to be the opening to the old TV series Monsters. (Just so you know what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFcku3jSph8 )
