grimcity I hated her character in that movie, so this makes me happy.
Sorta related: Winston Groom (the author) once came into a bar & grill I used to work at (I managed the bar) and the dude was a complete douche. I couldn't believe an ass like that could create a lovable huggable Gump.
Herr Matthias Gump wasn't that lovable or huggable in the original novel...the innocent, aw-shucks Gump was created by whatever Hollywood screenwriter wrote the movie.
