It is theorized at some point they may discover Lechuguilla somehow links to Carlsbad Caverns, as it is it not very far away and there are still parts of Carlsbad not 100% mapped. There are other caves in this area too that are equally amazing.

It's still only a third the size of Mammoth Cave, but it has been preserved SO much better! This is surely a spelunker's dream!

Crawling through bacteria-ridden pools of acid is a spelunker's dream?

I want to build a large fleet of small, nimble, self-propelled hovering UAVs with onboard cameras to take as many photographs of the extreme extents of all the uncharted caves and then use the photos to automatically generate comprehensive 3D maps so that people can actually explore these caves without the risk of damaging them. There's so much incredible stuff left to be discovered on this planet.

Villa Luz just needs poisonous bats that kill you with one hit.

I imagine directing David Attenborough is one of the easier directing gigs there is. "All right David, bring joy to the heart of all mankind, GO!"

That was awesome.
