Funny, I was watching this film a few months ago, one of the Lucky Stars series..."Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars". This scene comes right after a big fight between Sammo Hung and that Aussie fellow, Richard Norton.
And I think that's Yasuaki Kurata whipping about with the sais.

I did this at summer camp when I was about ten. This older kid spit on me and I was sick of his shit. So I just start doing overhead axe swings at him. He was faster and saw it coming and tried to block with his own racket. Unfortunately for him, while he had an expensive light alloy racket, I was holding the heavy cheap sort the camp had on hand for anyone to use. So not only did I get to brain him but also break his shit. I suppose it was lucky for him we were not doing a softball clinical that day.
