I love these kinda rip-offs. Sometimes, like Road Warrior, they're battling for fuel. But sometimes they're looking for and hoarding water, which certainly seems just as important. But I haven't run across one where they're looking for both.
"We battle for precious guzzoline. Oh, and water too. And also we like food. And leather, of course. And we also hoard auto-repair shops."
