So Boomhauer doesn't just talk funny, he genuinely has a speech impediment that alters psychologically how he responds to or listens to other people?
No wonder when he's teaching Bobby how to talk to women he hits on women rapid fire without paying attention to them. It all sounds like squawking to him anyways, so who cares what they say.
