I am not sure if the full medical assessment was edited out. If not that was pretty bad. It looked like all the nurse did was check heart rate and/or Sp02. In order to medically clear the person the assessment should have at least consisted of a few direct questions (patients medical history, drug or alcohol use, level of awareness, any pain/symptoms) as well as a BP and a blood sugar. There are many things of a medical nature that could have been going on here and the man could have been experiencing a medical emergency. For example the man just may have had hypoglycemia for example.
