Hey, fireman at 0:48. I hate to interrupt your interview with WITI TV-6, but the house behind you is STILL ON FIRE!

cocaine is a helluva drug.

Consider the fact that just prior to the beginning of this ad campaign, the weather on channel 6 was delivered by a sock puppet.

Needs a Milwaukee tag.

Also a Madison tag for 0:34.

I just want to delude myself into thinking that Madison will be a linked tag someday. :(

Adding Milwaukee, making the Madison residents wait. Again. Mua ha ha.

Where did this start, this thing where the person in a commercial starts out facing away from the viewer then turns to deliver a message? Is it meant to convey urgency or to make us think they are an Important Person whose time is so valuable that they can't even be bothered to wait patiently for the camera to start rolling? It bugs the shit out of me is what I'm saying.

That music seems tailor-made for a classic 80's TV show theme. Perhaps about a street-smart TV weatherman who solves crimes by using his knowledge of the barometric pressure to trick criminals.

He's got a will-they-or-won't-they thing going on with the tough-as-nails female station manager, played by a young Candice Bergen.

From the makers of Cop Rock.

I'm disappointed that the cameraman didn't hit anyone when he swung the camera around.
