Evilicious. I kinda hope an armed insurrection actually does happen, so when it's put down there won't be anybody left to vote against the end of the Second Amendment.

It took repeated viewings to realize that he was saying 'tyrannical government' and not 'tranquil government'.
Holy shit he has crazy eyes.

Who wants to tell him that "Progressive Tax" he's complaining about is actually in the Constitution he "swore an oath to defend"?

Zarathustra00 - 2010-06-15 This may not apply to the tea party movement at large, but many of the ones I've had the privilege to chat with about their ideology think that the constitution is a perfect document and that changing it, i.e. the amendments, is sacrilege. This is the argument they all presented to explain how Americans weren't taxed until congress forced the 16th amendment on us.
When I point out that amendments were necessary to prohibit slavery, grant citizenship and voting rights to blacks, grant voting rights to women, set term limits for presidents, and grant residents of Washington D.C. electoral college representation, they wave all of those off.
They get really defensive and refuse to respond when I point out that the first ten amendments, including the sacred 2nd and 10th amendments, are amendments and not part of the immaculate constitution.
A summary for those who don't want to read my ramblings: the people this advertisement is targeting have a vibrant fantasy world and all things that do not mesh with their fantasy are evil/communist/liberal/etc.

Do people even get convicted of treason in the U.S. anymore? I mean this is pretty close if you ask me...

Can anyone explain how these people are being taxed in any way without representation? My only guess is that their guy lost, meaning they no longer need to pay tax on anything.
