I had a mild sinus infection which quickly turned into a fully-fledged upper respiratory infection. The doctor gave me genuine promethazine+codeine syrup (the active ingredient in Purple Drank!) so that I could actually get some sleep at night. I'm feeling better already although I'm still very tired.
