Apparently she's a well-known singer and the guy who made the video is kind of popular on You tube for making the same wacky, random videos.

Apparently the guy who she is dating use to be married and now is divorced. But there is controversy over whether he was going out with the singer while he was still with his wife. On top of that The guy is 23 and the singer here is 17 (but there is also controversy surrounding if she's faking her age for marketing purposes).
