good tip, but how can anybody be that smug about reheating pizza on a stovetop?
THA SUGAH RAIN
Yeah this is way too elaborate for reheating a slice of pizza.

When i want crispy pizza i reheat in a toaster oven with no tray. gets nice and crispy.
Pizza is, like, the #1 reason to own a toaster oven.

I have a NuWave, but I guess this works just as well if you don't have one.

Soft and soggy and limp and floppy JUST LIKE THE DICK OF ANYONE WHO DOESN'T EAT THEIR PIZZA OUT OF THE GODDAMN FRIDGE LIKE JESUS WANTS YOU TO
"Y'know, revenge is a dish best served cold, Jack... like sashimi, or pizza."
'You prefer cold pizza?'
"The morning after? It's the best."
'Better than hot pizza? that's insane!'

When my pizza gets soggy and floppy and sloppy and drippy...That's how I know it's gettin' good.

What the hell is wrong with those pepperonis? They look like those little rubber domes that jump when you push them inside out that you get for tickets at the arcade.
Binro the Heretic
My guess is they were made from very fatty meat.
When heated, the fat melts out and the lean contracts closer together.
That's why you cut the edge of porkchops with a knife in sections prior to cooking, so that the chops won't warp and raise while in the pan.
a useful cooking tip, made in the comments for a video about a useless "cooking" tip!
All pepperoni slices will curl up like that if they aren't paper-thin. Some people prefer curled pepperoni because it's "traditional", as opposed to the thinly-sliced American-style.
I'm not a big fan of it myself, because the pepperonis turn into grease cups that congeal into orange fatty deposits as the pizza cools.

You mean you don't give yourself a pizza HJ later? With the little sausage bits and everything?

It's a neat trick and all, but this guy seemed way too proud of himself for discovering this. It's not like he created the cure for the cold or Sonichu, the electric hedgehog pokemon.
