MrBuddy If you come to poeTV at 4am you're likely to misread Skinemax as Skrillex and wonder why the music sounds different.

Dirtchamber This is fucking incredible. Holy shit.
Unmerciful Crushing Force The feeling when you were 10 years old struggling to stay awake at 11pm with the lights turned off. TV was such an awesome, scary place.
Caminante Nocturno For me, it was a slow, creeping sneak into the basement where I could watch late-night TV in relative safety.
Like a ninja!
Ursa_minor I ended getting into the visual effects business for a short while, and hang out with a bunch of ex-ILM and vfx dudes - and boy does that take the magic out of lots of movies you grew up with - especially because I work with a lady who has worked on every ILM movie, starting with ET. I'm now a broken man.
cool water sandwich Intense
baleen Like the idea, can't stand the music.
Hugo Gorilla I had completely forgotten about Monster Squad. And half the movies in the clip. But instantly recognized them all.
Zaku-sensei I wasn't gonna watch the whole thing, but it sucked me in completely. I love that they included 'The Hidden' I was sure I dreamed that movie as a kid until I rediscovered it just this year. I recognize most of these, but what is the one with Christopher Walken Dancing? that looks like a good movie.
MilkmanDan That would be the King of New York.
Not that great a movie but had its moments.
Raggamuffin Okay so it's a DJ set over a bunch of random 90's movie clips? I'm not getting it.
memedumpster I don't get it either. Was this supposed to be 100% computer assembled or something? I've seen all these movies, but so what, is it supposed to be nostalgic?
The detuned The Knife song actually pisses me off and is 1 star worthy, but I might not be getting it, so I wont.
Raggamuffin I grew up with these movies too. Some of these are old favorites, but to me, this video has the same effect as listening to a dj set while reading a list of movie titles.
Pillager Before the time of the great narcotic known as the internet, late night cable TV was your best source of entertainment in the 80's & early 90's.

Ursa_minor The detuned knife fucking sucked ass, and was hard to listen to, but the Lauren Halo song with Hackers/Xanadu made up for it.
There's nothing to get. It's a bunch of clips just put together with music that may or may not suck, that may or may not appeal to you.
I was born in the 80s, and I enjoyed this. Don't know what else to say. I think it's one of those extremely polarizing things, where, it's either super amazing, or just random garbage with no nostalgic value.

memedumpster I'm just taking life too seriously today is what it is.
Mr. Purple Cat Esq. imo its a combination of good things but to the detriment of them all.. like a cheese and cholcolate and orange and fish stew.. or the travelling wilburys
Sputum This was mostly trash, but I really liked the tune starting at 33:25. Can anyone ID this?
FABIO Some of them were matched to the sound I guess?
NewHeavenSalesman I found this worked well playing it next to a muted emulator running Metal Slug X.
Also, there's a track listing in the video page itself, for those looking for particular tunes.
Caminante Nocturno The Metal Slug series has good music, though.
I just felt that needed to be pointed out.
Adham Nu'man Yeah I'm not going to watch all 35 hours of this shit...
Caminante Nocturno My god, this video is like a drug for me. Barely a minute in, and suddenly I'm eight years old again and I've sneaked into the basement to watch TV at 2 AM.
