I'm not ever on the cops side, but he must have done something to get them there. Maybe he was just alittle "Too drunk" and the owner was having problems with him getting out?
But, damn man, the mace cop is alittle bit of an asshole. I like to think that cops don't realize how imposing and intimidating they themselves, and a subsequent jail period can be to drunk people, but I'm sure they do and get off on it alittle.

The truth is police are employed to enforce a whole lot of bull shit. The fact that they're the ones who come in after a scene of a crime is the only reason they have to legitimize their own position.
On another note, public drunkenness is something I fully support.

Bort - 2012-02-21 If. We really don't know what came before this, but from what this is showing, the cops are quick to break out the pepper spray on someone who isn't hostile. The worst he tried to do was escape the pepper spray, until he was cornered anyway.
Any policeman who isn't fucked in the head, could have resolved this much better.
