There is still a great deal of unwarranted stigma attached to mental illness, so if he's actually got a problem of that sort, he and his family may actually prefer that people assume "dehydration and stress" is code for "flipped out while on drugs".

And that doesn't even address how even if he had a disorder, he may ALSO have been on drugs during his episode of whatever the fuck that was.

I don't know if this actually exists, but I think he might have had pcp cut with estrogen pills. I mainly suggest this because pcp is known to drop estrogen levels and obviously lead to aggressive behaviour. So I would not doubt that people mix them to lead to more desirable highs, or at least to prevent assault charges. Regardless, Kony money can buy this guy whatever the hell he wants trip on now.
