Xenocide Neelix was a horrible, horrible character, but at least he had a personality to hate. That's more than Chakotay had (or the entire cast of Enterprise.)

Rodents of Unusual Size I hated Neelix but in the first season he was pretty interesting. Harry Kim was boring as fuck. Chakotay might has well have been a mannequin.
