I remember a bunch of idiot pundits making a big deal out of the fact that the attorney representing the administration began his argument by coughing, stammering, and getting a drink of water, like that was going to decide the case. If it was a TV show, it probably would have mattered more.

AP had to tell its staff not to mock CNN and Fox News anymore over this. Apparently, the AP staff just went nuts mocking those idiots. And some stiff-neck in a tie with a dumbwaiter in his office put the kibosh on it.
I really hope we get a smug MSNBC commercial out of this.

I seriously don't understand how these networks could read that the majority opinion included the four liberal justices, and then conclude that it must have been ruled unconstitutional.
