It's unnatural for a woman to take the life of her own child.
It's unnatural for two men to be married.
It's unnatural to be vaccinated against small pox.
It's unnatural to wear clothes.
It's unnatural to correct your eyesight with glasses.

A democrat won an election, so of course it's masturbatory gun nut fantasy time.

How many fucking pretend revolutions does this make, just in the last four years? We were supposed to get one when Obama was elected the first time. We were supposed to get one when Obamacare was passed. And when it was upheld. And pretty much every other time a liberal has passed a law in the last 30 years.

How broken is your political party when its supporters use the threat of violent rebellion whenever their political aims are found to be in the minority?

"Most people don't believe what we believe, so let's shoot some people."

That's psychotic.

Riskbreaker
These dbags are a bunch of wimps, most of them are incapable of even lifting a baseball bat, and the ones who know how to use a gun wouldn't know what to do with a target that is not a bottle or a deer.

Old People
Amen, Riskbreaker. Also, they lack the courage of their convictions: if you really believed that the President was the Anti-Christ, or at least a terrorist, and you had a gun, wouldn't you be willing to sacrifice your own life to assassinate him and save the world?

Of course, Fox News is basically trying to convince some poor lunatic to do just that.

memedumpster
Bullshit, the lot of you.

"A 2008 report commissioned by the Justice Department found half of all right-wing extremists in the United States had military experience."

Tolerating these people will lead directly to our murders, stop it.

The level of rightwing paramilitary fascism can't be any greater than it was in the first part of last century, and the country managed to control the worst of it (depending on where you lived). If conservatives want to become armed terrorists, then they'll be dealt with the way they were before.

baleen
And then as now the only thing keeping conservatives from becoming militants is the enormous about of Federal subsidization that urban people pay to keep their welfare economies afloat; TARP and the S&L bailouts being the most obvious.

memedumpster
They weren't dealt with, which is why we still have them around.

Would any other shithole theocracy like to trade Talibans for a while?
Juice Eggs McKenna
Trust me, you're better off the way you are. The Taliban is actually capable of Gettin' Shit Done.

Five for "The Unchurched." What an amazing bit of newspeak.

Do they not realize the "unchurched" are growing at an incredible rate.

I don't understand people like this...if "EVERYONE GETS THAT GAY MARRIAGE IS EVIL, AMERICA DOESN'T WANT IT!" then who the hell do you think is supporting it and voting to make it legal?

Hate to break it to you buddy, but beyond voting, donating a few cents to the AFA now and then, eating at Chic-Fil-A, and bitching on the internet, 99.9% of the people who oppose gay marriage don't give a shit enough about marriage to begin with, gay or straight, to do something about it that would take a substantial physical effort to "protect" it's current status, much less take up arms for such a purpose.

But I have to give it to you, there is that .1% that, like a similar percentage of pro-lifers, are completely batshit insane.
Toenails
Wow, you are giving pro-lifers quite the benefit of the doubt.

FABIO
Here's what to say to people like that:

Just treat gay couples like obese couples and elderly couples. You can think it's gross, but you have no right to say they can't do it.

FABIO
"Our argument against gay marriage is that it will cause people like us to get violent."
erratic
nailed it.

Kabbage
Hah! Absolutely.

Billy the Poet
Listen, asshole, people revolt against the system when they are starving, or when their children are dying of treatable illnesses while other people live at leisure. If the sight of two dudes getting hitched in a city hall makes you want to throw away your comfortable life, abandon your family and resort to violent insurrection, that makes you a psychotic.
