It's Jason Alexander in a wig, and special effects makeup. Too bad he has real hair now, I always enjoyed watching him don various outlandish wigs in his career.
Caminante Nocturno - 2012-11-14
That's funny, he wore a similar wig for his role in Criminal Minds.

There needs to be a "Jason Alexander in a wig" tag.

Dinkin Flicka - 2012-11-15
You got it. I'll gladly begin it based on your fine suggestion

themilkshark - 2012-11-15
Haha, I'm gonna go find that clip of him playing a Fairly OddParent so I can link it.

By this point in Voyager's run, everyone involved had lost the ability to feel any emotions but shame and resignation.

Seriously, if you watch some of the behind the scenes documentaries from Next Generation or DS9, you see a bunch of people who enjoy their work and have a great rapport together. Watch a behind the scenes Voyager doc and see a bunch of people who are kind of just standing around until the paychecks arrive.

There's nothing funny about him.
Riskbreaker - 2012-11-14
Well, at least he's no pig man.
Xenocide - 2012-11-14
He's from the planet Vandelay, and he's traveled to the farthest reaches of space to escape his wacky embarrassing parents.

Stars for Rodent and the plastic vulva between Jason's eyes.

It's the forehead that makes him...other worldly. Yay for you Star Trek.
dek863 - 2012-11-14
Is there a jump the shark tag?
Dinkin Flicka - 2012-11-15
It'd be a pretty damn late call. I'm pretty sure this was a bit into the series.
